ServiceNow Solution Architect

Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions focused on Sales, Order Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Field Service Management (FSM) modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and integrate solutions that streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and increase automation using the latest ServiceNow capabilities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for Sales, Order Management, SCM, and FSM modulesCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow platform solutions.

Design integrations between ServiceNow and external business systems like ERP, CRM, logistics, and telephony systems.

Lead configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules including CSM (Customer Service Management), FSM (Field Service Management), and others related to order lifecycle and supply chain.

Develop technical specifications, high-level and detailed design documents.

Ensure architecture compliance with enterprise standards, scalability, and security best practices.

Provide technical leadership during implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

Optimize and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and workflows for sales and supply chain processes.

Build reusable workflows, automation scripts, and business rules aligned with best practices.

Collaborate with integration teams for API, web services (REST, SOAP), MID server, and data orchestration.

Provide mentorship and guidance to developers and junior architects.

Maintain awareness of ServiceNow platform updates and new features related to Sales and SCM domains.

Conduct technical workshops and presentations for stakeholders and project teams.

 

Requirements

10+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture and implementation

Proven expertise in Sales, Order Management, SCM, and FSM modules

Strong background in end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions

Experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into platform solutions

Hands-on expertise in integrations with ERP, CRM, logistics, telephony, and other enterprise systems

Deep knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, FSM, and order lifecycle management modules

Experience in creating technical specifications, design documents, and solution blueprints

Strong understanding of security, scalability, and enterprise architecture standards

Proven leadership in implementation, testing, deployment, and production support

Experience in workflow optimization, automation, and process streamlining

Strong collaboration with integration teams (APIs, web services, MID server, orchestration)

Experience in mentorship and leadership of developers and junior architects

Awareness of latest ServiceNow updates, features, and industry best practices

 

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
