We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ImageRight Developer – Production Support to manage and maintain Vertafore ImageRight systems in enterprise environments. The role focuses on providing L2/L3 production support, including issue diagnosis, desktop triage, incident resolution, and system monitoring to ensure stability and performance. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve cross-system issues, implement long-term fixes, and maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions. This position requires strong problem-solving abilities, expertise in Workflow Studio and EMC, and the ability to handle high-severity production issues under tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for ImageRight systems across production environments.
Handle desktop triage, issue diagnosis, and troubleshooting for ImageRight Workflow Studio and EMC.
Monitor performance, resolve production incidents, and ensure system stability.
Work with business teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes.
Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application support teams for cross-system issues.
Maintain documentation of fixes, patches, and known errors.
Required Skills & Experience:
6-8+ years of experience supporting Vertafore ImageRight in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with Workflow Studio, EMC, and desktop triage tools.
Strong production support background: incident resolution, root cause analysis, monitoring, and patching.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.) and ITIL processes.
Ability to prioritize and resolve high-severity production issues quickly.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with CIO and business stakeholders
