We are seeking a highly experienced Optimizely (Episerver) Developer/Lead Developer/Architect with 10+ years of professional experience, including mandatory expertise in Optimizely CMS & Commerce Cloud, .NET/C#, and Azure services. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize high-performing, scalable, and secure digital commerce solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of the Optimizely ecosystem and backend technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement complex e-commerce features within Optimizely Commerce Cloud.
Manage catalog, pricing, promotions, order workflows, and customer management.
Develop custom modules and integrations using C#, .NET Core, and Optimizely framework.
Integrate external systems (ERP, PIM, CRM, payment gateways, shipping providers) via RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks.
Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
Work with SQL Server for database design, optimization, and queries.
Deploy and manage solutions using Azure App Services, Functions, SQL Database, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Azure DevOps.
Implement personalization, A/B testing, and Optimizely Search & Navigation.
Follow coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality commerce solutions.
Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
Requirements
10+ years in software development, with 5+ years in .NET/C# web development.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS and Commerce Cloud.
Deep understanding of Optimizely Commerce architecture (catalog, pricing, promotions, orders, payments).
Strong experience in API development/integration.
Proficiency in SQL Server.
Solid experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault, DevOps pipelines).
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Agile/Scrum.
Optimizely certification is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
