Overview
We are looking for a QA / UAT Tester to support software assessment and user acceptance testing activities alongside an existing ERP/PLM implementation engagement.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual software testing and UAT, with a good understanding of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, ERP, and/or PLM processes. The role is primarily focused on validating business processes and system functionality from a user/business perspective.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual software testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise applications.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute functional and UAT test cases and document results.
- Identify, document, and track defects/issues through resolution.
- Validate end-to-end business processes across ERP, PLM, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing applications.
- Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and implementation teams during assessment and testing activities.
- Support regression and functional testing as required.
- Provide clear documentation of test findings, observations, and assessment results.
- Participate in discussions to understand business workflows and system behavior.
Required Business Process Knowledge
Candidates should have a good understanding of one or more of the following end-to-end processes, preferably with exposure to multiple areas:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Quote-to-Cash
- Plan-to-Produce / Manufacturing
- Inventory Management
- Sourcing & Procurement
- Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP)
- Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM)
ERP / PLM Experience
Experience with any of the following platforms is preferred:
- ERP:

- Oracle / Oracle Fusion

- PLM:

- Siemens Teamcenter
- PTC Windchill
Experience can be from either the user/business side or implementation/functional side.
Preferred Background
- 1–4 years of experience in manual QA, UAT, functional testing, or application testing.
- Exposure to ERP, PLM, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing systems.
- Understanding of enterprise business processes and workflows.
- Experience working with functional/implementation teams is an advantage.
- Candidates with junior-level ERP/PLM functional experience who have transitioned into testing/UAT are also encouraged to apply.
Important Note
- This is primarily a manual testing and UAT role.
- Automation development is not required.
- No specific industry experience is mandatory; however, exposure to Supply Chain or Manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes is more important than deep technical programming expertise.
