Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Linux and Windows operating systems.

Assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications.

Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Continuously update knowledge of products and technologies to better assist customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Basic understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and follow documented procedures.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
