Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our ninja RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) team to design and implement internal hardening processes.
Create and manage jobs to harden machines, ensuring they meet industry best practices and compliance standards.
Monitor and analyze system vulnerabilities, staying abreast of the latest threats and vulnerabilities.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, promptly notifying them of new vulnerabilities and coordinating efforts to address them.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify security gaps and develop strategies for remediation.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing our cyber security posture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in cyber security roles, with a focus on vulnerability management and patching.
Familiarity with ninja RMM or similar remote monitoring and management tools.
Strong understanding of common cyber threats and attack vectors.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
