Senior EDM Consultant with AI experience

Overview

We are looking for a Senior EDM Consultant with AI experience and 8+ years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in implementing and architecting large-scale Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions using the OpenText Extended ECM Suite, preferably with experience in 16.2.x and 20.x versions.

The consultant will be responsible for solution architecture, implementation, configuration, integration, migration strategy, Records Management, troubleshooting, and providing solution recommendations based on business requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience in Implementing large scale Enterprise Content Management solutions using OpenText Extended ECM Suite in preferably 16.2.x , 20.x versions
• Conceptualize, design and implement enterprise-wide system architectures for ECM deployments, lead architecture sizing and scaling activities, as well as install and configure the solution.
• Experience in Records Management including file plan, record retentions and disposition strategies , security, and classification subsystems.
• Understands requirements and advises on solution options.
• Displays a broad knowledge of all service offerings within Open Text, working with other team members to grow and extend knowledge.
• Experience in Integrating with different systems like PeopleSoft , Service Now. Developing Migration strategies and solution.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Content Server and related component issues.
