Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation, configuration, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HCM modules, business process analysis, client interactions, and end-to-end implementation or enhancement projects.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities for Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, configuration, and support.

• Gather business requirements, conduct requirement analysis, and map business processes to Oracle HCM functionalities.

• Configure and support relevant Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements.

• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and other project documentation.

• Conduct functional testing, support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate defect resolution.

• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, data migration, and customizations.

• Support data conversion, reconciliation, and validation activities.

• Provide functional guidance to stakeholders and ensure solutions align with business requirements.

• Manage client communications, workshops, and functional discussions.

• Support post-go-live activities, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with relevant hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, or Recruiting.

• Experience in Oracle HCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.

• Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM configuration.

• Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, testing, and issue resolution.

• Knowledge of HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts is an advantage.

• Understanding of integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise applications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications.

• Experience handling end-to-end implementation projects.

• Experience working with global HR processes and multi-country implementations.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
