We are looking for a results-driven CRM Developer to join our dynamic and interdisciplinary team. You’ll collaborate with experts in marketing, media, analytics, customer journey mapping, and development to design, implement, and optimize global marketing automation and e-CRM programs using Adobe Campaign Classic. This is a hands-on role focused on building customer journeys, creating templates, and driving campaign execution across multiple markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on global CRM and marketing automation projects using Adobe Campaign Classic.
Design and implement multi-step automation programs and customer journeys.
Build and manage campaign templates, newsletters, landing pages, and forms.
Execute standalone, recurring, and real-time campaigns via Adobe Campaign.
Develop scalable best practices and reusable assets for international markets.
Troubleshoot and implement innovative solutions within the Adobe Campaign ecosystem.
Education & Background:
Formal education, training, or strong hands-on experience in CRM, marketing automation, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ESPs or CRM tools.
Hands-on expertise with Adobe Campaign Classic (Neolane) is essential.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic.
Proficiency in HTML/XHTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript.
Basic understanding of Python and/or SQL is a plus.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
Conceptual and analytical thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English or German (both is a plus).
