Overview
We are looking for a motivated Linux Server Administrator with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Linux server management and web hosting environments. You will support production server operations, resolve technical issues at the system level, and contribute to the stability of internet-facing infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Linux servers running RHEL/CentOS and Debian/Ubuntu in a web hosting environment
- Support live web servers including Apache configuration and MySQL database administration
- Assist in troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, NTP, SMTP, SSH, HTTPS/TLS, and core TCP/IP networking issues
- Monitor server health, uptime, and performance using tools such as Nagios or Zabbix
- Operate and maintain hosting control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin
- Respond to and escalate customer and system-generated alerts in a timely manner
- Document issues, resolutions, and recurring patterns to support root cause analysis
- Work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, including nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Linux server administration or a web hosting environment
- Solid understanding of Linux command-line, user management, file systems, and permissions
- Familiarity with common internet protocols: HTTP/S, DNS, FTP, SMTP, SSH
- Basic experience with at least one hosting control panel (cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- RHCE certification is an advantage but not mandatory
