Finance & Taxation division is accountable for managing the India office’s finance function including day-to-day accounts and statutory compliances along with Group taxation & other statutory compliances. This requires a challenging & innovative approach for handling & smooth delivering of all the finance, payroll, legal, commercial, taxation & secretarial activities. This position will play an important role in handling Group Corporation Taxation, UK/EU VAT & GST and applicable statutory compliances aggressively and dedicatedly for smooth operation of Group tax activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file UK VAT and EU VAT returns.
Prepare UK Corporation Tax notes and support R&D tax claims.
Lead tax and statutory audits and coordinate with local and group auditors.
Handle UK payroll compliance, including PSA returns, HMRC queries, and audits.
Oversee fixed asset accounting and reporting.
Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
Drive continuous improvements in compliance and reporting processes.
Support India tax compliances, including TDS, advance tax, and statutory filings.
Required Skills:
B.Com, CA Inter, or CMA Inter.
Minimum 5 years' experience in taxation and compliance.
Strong experience in UK VAT, Corporation Tax, and payroll taxation.
Hands-on experience managing statutory and tax audits.
Knowledge of Indian tax and payroll regulations.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy
