We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Architect with over 10 years of expertise to lead end-to-end CRM implementations, focusing on Customer Service modules, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will possess strong integration skills using Azure services, demonstrate excellent leadership, client management, and documentation capabilities, and ensure alignment of technology with business goals. Experience in team mentoring, risk management, and non-functional requirements is essential.
Mandatory Skills:
Work with clients to understand requirements and align technology with business strategy and goals.
10 + years’ experience in MS Dynamics CRM.
Experience working as MS Dynamics Architect for at least two complete CRM implementation.
Good Experience working on Customer Service modules.
Good experience working and architecting applications on Power Apps and Power Automate.
Good experience integrating with external and Internal systems using Azure APIM or similar middleware.
Good experience integrating with external & internal systems using Service Bus, Logic Apps & Azure Functions.
Experience in Managing client communication and delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, including managing client expectations, foreseeing risks and reporting them.
Experience in writing associated documents including HLD, LLD etc.
Understanding and managing NFR for the project.
Understanding of Configuration Management, Release Management and Merging process to be followed in the project.
Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.
Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
Lead the team by giving the required technical and functional knowledge.
