MS Dynamics Developer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics Developer with hands-on experience in leading end-to-end CRM implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure integrations, and client communication. You will be responsible for technical leadership, solution design, integration with external systems, reporting, and mentoring team members. Experience in the healthcare domain and relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

Experience working as Sr D365 Developer for at least two complete CRM implementation.

Good experience working on Power Apps and Power Automate.

Good experience integrating with external systems using Azure APIM or similar middleware.

Good experience creating Web Api, Logic Apps, Azure Functions for integrating with various external and internal systems.

Experience working on SSRS/Power BI reports and dashboards.

Good hands on experience working on Customer Service modules.

Advising on best practices for CRM development or integration processes.

Experience in Managing client communication and delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, including managing client expectations, foreseeing risks and reporting them.

Writing Technical specifications.

Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment Environments.

Estimating the Change requests.

Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment. 

Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.

Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.

Lead the team by giving the required technical and functional knowledge.

Demonstrate Customer Focus, active listening and consultative approach.

Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members.

Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving abilities. 

Should have good communication, leadership and team handling skills

Desired Skills:

Experience in Health Domain.

Certifications in MS Dynamics & Power platform.

Experience with Continuous Integration Tools and Techniques.

Out of box thinking is anticipated.
