MS Dynamics Functional Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in the Customer Service module. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, provide subject matter expertise, and lead end-to-end implementations. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills along with experience in training, mentoring, and documentation.

Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

Work with clients to understand and document business requirements

Demonstrate MS Dynamics solution capabilities to the client

Experience working on Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.

Experience working on at least two end to end implementation playing role of Functional Consultant.

Conduct business process analysis and create Gap/Fit report

Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations

Create estimates for implementation tasks

Provide MS Dynamics SME expertise to client and mentor team members

Data migration (Data Mapping) from external systems into MS Dynamics. 

Conduct solution testing and assist with user Acceptance Testing.

Conduct User and administration training

Experience in writing associated documents as required.

Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment 

Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders 

Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes

Demonstrate Customer Focus, active listening and consultative approach

Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members

Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving abilities. 

Should have good communication, leadership and team handling skills

Desired Skills:

Out of box thinking is anticipated.

Understanding of Power Apps platform and its integration with MS Dynamics.
