We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist with a strong background in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads. This individual will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns and tracking setups to ensure accurate data collection, effective ads, and ultimately drive app downloads and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
GA4 Implementation & Optimization:
Audit existing GA4 setup, ensuring events and conversions are accurately tracked.
Remap and inspect the event structure to identify any gaps or inaccuracies in data.
Generate comprehensive analytics reports and provide insights to guide business decisions.
Firebase Event Mapping:
Configure and maintain Firebase event tracking for the app.
Ensure data flows correctly between Firebase and GA4 for effective measurement.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement robust tracking solutions.
Google Ads Management:
Develop, execute, and monitor Google Ads campaigns for both the website and mobile app.
Optimize campaigns for user acquisition, in-app events, and post-install conversions.
Utilize Google Ads tools and features (keyword planner, audience targeting, bidding strategies, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Cross-Platform Advertising Strategy:
Plan and implement end-to-end campaigns that encourage user conversions either before or after app installs.
Leverage remarketing, app install ads, and other relevant ad formats or platforms.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and tools.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Regularly analyze key metrics and KPIs to assess campaign performance.
Identify areas for improvement in targeting, creative, and budgeting.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Troubleshooting
Work closely with internal teams (development, product, design) to ensure seamless tracking and campaign execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to analytics implementation and campaign performance.
Provide training and support to team members regarding best practices in GA4, Firebase, and Google Ads.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.(Required)
Proven track record in GA4 implementation and optimization.
Experience with Firebase event tracking and app analytics.
Experience in App marketing is a plus.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Firebase (event creation, troubleshooting, data analysis).
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (including search, display, app install campaigns, remarketing, etc.).
Familiarity with tag management solutions (Google Tag Manager) is a plus.
Basic understanding of web and app development concepts to collaborate effectively with developers.
