The candidate must be specializing in SharePoint Online (SPO), Power Apps, Power Automate, and migration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in designing and implementing business solutions using Microsoft 365, along with scripting experience using PowerShell for automation and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize solutions on SharePoint Online.
Build apps and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to automate business processes.
Perform migrations from SharePoint On-Premise/other platforms to SharePoint Online using tools like ShareGate, SPMT or custom scripts.
Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for administrative automation, bulk operations, and deployment.
Develop custom components using SPFx, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs where needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Microsoft 365 best practices.
Required Skills:
3–6 years of hands-on development experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 platform.
Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate (Flow).
Experience in SharePoint migration projects, including content analysis, migration planning, and execution.
Expertise in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
Solid understanding of SPFx (SharePoint Framework), PnP PowerShell, and REST API integrations.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
