HashRoot is seeking motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Specialists to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact leads through phone calls in the US, UK, and Australia regions, targeting MSPs, tech companies, and businesses that require technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold calling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the US, UK, and Australia regions.
Identify and qualify leads by understanding their IT and technical team needs.
Present and promote our white-label IT services and solutions effectively.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a sales representative, cold caller, or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Strong ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
Familiarity with the IT industry and technical teams is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work across different time zones to accommodate leads in the US, UK, and Australia regions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in selling IT services or solutions.
Knowledge of the tech industry landscape.
