What You’ll Do
Lead design efforts for B2B SaaS products, with a focus on healthcare and insurance solutions.
Drive 0→1 product design: from early concepts to production-ready solutions.
Design dashboards, workflows, and complex system interfaces that balance usability and business needs.
Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and componentlibraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
Conduct secondary research (content analysis, user flows, information architecture) to inform product direction.
Collaborate with business teams, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with product strategy.
Create clear documentation to support cross-functional collaboration and design handoffs.
Use Figma, FigJam, and AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows and bring ideas to life.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Hands-on experience designing for healthcare/insurance projects (US healthcare is a strong plus).
Background in B2B SaaS with exposure to complex products, dashboards, and workflows.
Experience working in 0–1 startup environments, where ambiguity is the norm.
Strong skills in secondary research, information architecture, and design documentation.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team communication skills.
Expertise in Figma, FigJam, and new-age AItools for design and ideation.
Comfortable working in a US shift(6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
