We are seeking detail-oriented and creatively driven banner designers to support the creation and adaptation of digital assets for a major global automotive client. The work will primarily take place within a creative automation platform (e.g. Cape), focusing on both static and animated banners at scale.
Prior experience with Cape is not required - training will be provided - but the role demands a strong foundation in layout, consistency, and adaptation across markets.
Key responsibilities
Create and adapt banners using a creative automation platform based on pre-defined templates
Produce high-quality static and animated assets in line with brand and campaign guidelines
Apply localised content (e.g. translations, imagery) to generate market-specific versions
Collaborate with layout leads and asset managers to ensure timely delivery and file compliance
Adhere to naming conventions, metadata tagging, and visual QA standards.
Contribute to quality checks and continuous improvement within the design workflow
Skills & requirements
2–4 years of experience in digital or graphic design (agency or in-house)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
Understanding of digital display formats and visual adaptation principles
Ability to work within structured design systems and follow brand rules
Experience with localisation and high-volume asset creation is preferred
Quick learner, comfortable adopting new tools and platforms
Clear communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
Exposure to tools like Cape, Google Web Designer, Bannerflow, or Celtra
Experience with Adobe After Effects (for simple motion support)
Familiarity with DAM systems and digital production workflows
Awareness of brand governance and accessibility best practices
Working knowledge of Figma for design handoffs or layout references
