YOUR ROLE
Seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to drive Agile practices, coach teams and stakeholders, and enable consistent, high-quality delivery across teams.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
Remove impediments and improve team productivity and collaboration.
Track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and drive continuous improvement.
Support Agile transformation and maturity across teams.
YOUR PROFILE
8+ years IT experience with strong Scrum Master / Agile coaching background.
Hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
