We are looking for an experienced HR professional to drive end-to-end talent management, employee relations, and HR operations. The role involves workforce planning, performance management, recruitment support, payroll processing, HRMS management, and ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws, while supporting a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Drive talent management initiatives including workforce planning, performance management, and career development
Strong experience in people management and talent management
Act as a point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives
Support recruitment efforts and coordinate with hiring managers for talent requirements
Manage and maintain HRMS data using Zoho People
Process payroll using Zoho Payroll
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory regulations
Support appraisal cycles, promotions, and compensation reviews
Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards for leadership review
Skills Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant HR experience
Hands-on knowledge of Zoho People and Zoho Payroll.
Strong experience in people management and talent management
Good understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
Exposure to ISO, GDPR, or compliance-driven HR processes
Startup experience, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Qualification:
