A passionate and driven Product Owner (PO) to join our R&D organization and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of industrial software and IIoT platforms.
The Product Owner will work closely with the Product Manager and Architects to ensure that business requirements are translated into clear, actionable deliverables for the development teams.
This role requires a balance of technical acumen, leadership, and communication skills to deliver high-quality, scalable, and value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Architects to align product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and R&D teams to ensure mutual understanding of requirements and outcomes.
Facilitate technical discussions and translate business goals into clear, executable objectives.
Ensure business requirements are well-defined, detailed, and clearly understood by the R&D team.
Own and manage the team backlog, defining priorities, user stories, and establishing acceptance criteria.
Continuously refine and prioritize backlog items to maximize value delivery in each sprint or PI cycle.
Drive clarity on scope, dependencies, and technical feasibility in collaboration with engineering leads.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role within software development.
Proven track record in delivering complex software products in an Agile / SAFe environment.
Hands-on experience with technologies related to Microservices, Containerization.
Experience on working with industrial automation, IIoT platforms, or edge computing.
