Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and optimization of our next-generation Information Modelling Platform. This is a critical, hands-on role where you will combine deep expertise in graph technologies, .NET, and industrial automation (IIoT, Industry 4.0) to build the high-performance data solutions that power our intelligent industrial systems. As the Technical Lead, you will be the primary technical owner of the platform. Your responsibilities will span architecture, hands-on development, and performance engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement microservice-based systems running on containerized environments.
Implement scalable, graph-based data models for complex industrial systems (e.g., asset hierarchies, production workflows, IIoT data lineage).
Lead the design and optimization of Cypher queries, indexing, and schema modelling.
Lead the design and development of synchronous and Async APIs to communicate with the platform.
Review and recommend database and infrastructure configurations for optimal performance and resilience.
Lead development using .NET/ Golang for applications and services interacting with the graph platform.
Perform query tuning, indexing, and data model refinement to achieve low-latency graph operations.
Collaborate across teams through all phases of the SDLC—requirements, analysis, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
Recommend and implement monitoring and resilience strategies for production-grade environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of overall experience in software engineering, data engineering, or system architecture.
Minimum 3 years in a Graph DB as an Architect or Senior Developer role.
Should have 10+ years of experience in application design and development using .NET framework, .NET Core, C#, Web API, ASP.NET, PostgreSQL, Redis.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman, LXC) and orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
At least 3 years in Industrial Automation, IIoT, or Industry 4.0 Strong proficiency in Neo4j, Cypher, Graph Data Science, and data ingestion workflows.
Expertise in .NET development for enterprise-grade solutions.
Proven track record integrating with Kafka for event-driven architectures.
Solid understanding of SQL (SQL Server, Impala) and relational data querying.
