Sales Executive

Overview

We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive to manage end-to-end outbound outreach activities on a daily basis. The primary responsibility will be cold calling and lead outreach, with additional engagement through LinkedIn and email campaigns as required. This role will work closely with the Growth Team, supporting outreach initiatives, follow-ups, and pipeline building efforts. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with new people, handling objections confidently, and staying consistent with daily targets.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily

Initiate and manage outreach conversations from first contact to qualified lead stage

Conduct LinkedIn and email outreach where required

Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups

Coordinate closely with the Growth Team for messaging alignment and campaign execution

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets

Required Skills & Profile:

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in cold calling or sales outreach

Excellent spoken English and communication skills

High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude

Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability

Self-motivated with a consistent follow-up mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
