architect role — we need someone who codes actively today and can grow into an architectural role over time.

What You’ll Do
Build and scale backend systems and APIs from scratch
Write clean, efficient, production-ready code (major chunk of your role)
Work closely with product and founders to translate ideas into working solutions
Contribute to system design and gradually take ownership of larger technical decisions
Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of systems
Identify tech gaps and proactively fix them
Participate in code reviews and best practice implementation
Who You Are
7–9 years of strong backend engineering experience
Hands-on expertise in Node.js / Python / Docker (must-have)
Strong experience with APIs, microservices, and scalable systems
Comfortable working with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Someone who codes daily and enjoys it (non-negotiable)
Startup mindset: high ownership, fast execution, zero hand-holding
Not just a thinker — a doer first

Exposure to AI/ML integrations
Experience in product startups / SaaS environments
Early exposure to system design or architecture thinking
