Solutions Architect / Senior Presales professional responsible for designing scalable solution blueprints, building reusable service modules, leading rapid prototyping, and aligning technical solutions with business and commercial goals.
1. Technical & Business Skillset
Architecture Mastery: Deep understanding of modern stacks (Flutter/React Native, Node.js, Cloud-native AWS/Azure).
You don't need to code daily, but you must know what is possible.
Product Thinking: Ability to write PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) for a service. You treat a service like a software product.
Commercial Logic: Proficiency in project estimation, risk modeling, and margin analysis.
AI Orchestration: Knowledge of how LLMs and Agentic workflows can be embedded into standard business processes.
2. Experience & Background
Experience: 8–12 years in IT Services.
Proven Track Record: At least 3 years as a Solutions Architect or Senior Presales Engineer in an SME environment.
The "Product" Pivot: Ideally, someone who has worked in both a Product company and a Services company.
Communication: Must be able to simplify complex technical "Software" concepts for "Service" minded stakeholders.
3. Core Responsibilities (What you will actually do)
The "Solution" Blueprint: Design the technical specifications for the internal Solution Asset. You define the logic that the Developer builds.
Modular SOW Design: Create a "Menu" of service modules. Instead of custom-writing every proposal, you build a system where Sales reuses solution assets
Prototyping: Lead the 5-day Rapid Prototype Sprints. You extract the "business logic" from the prospect and translate it into technical tasks for the developers.
Reusability Governance: Peer-review every asset built by the team for its reusability
Service Inventory & Mapping: Audit the last 24 months of project delivery. Identify the "80% overlap" (repeatable features/code) across mobile, web, and AI projects.
