Experienced SAP HCM Payroll professional specializing in Australia payroll, managing end-to-end payroll processing including validation, execution, reconciliation, compliance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Australia payroll
Perform pre-payroll validation, payroll execution, and post-payroll reconciliation.
Handle retro calculations, off-cycle payments, and adjustments.
Ensure accurate tax calculations, statutory compliance, and filings.
Post payroll results to Finance/General Ledger.
Support data migration, payroll balances validation, and YTD reconciliation.
Conduct parallel payroll runs, unit testing, and UAT support.
Troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve discrepancies.
Provide ongoing support during payroll cycles and audits.
Functional Expertise:
Australia Payroll (Preferred for HCM role):
○ PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, STP reporting
○ Leave types, termination payments, award interpretation
Skills & Requirements:
Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll (AUS )
Good understanding of statutory compliance and payroll regulations.
Experience with payroll testing, integrations, and reporting.
Ability to work in client-specific time zones (AUS ).
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
