We are seeking a skilled UX Designer with 5 - 8+ years of experience to lead end-to-end design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating intuitive and user-centered designs, with a deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and design systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in agile environments, translating complex requirements into effective design solutions. Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with emerging AI tools like Claude and Cursor are essential. Strong communication skills are required to present design concepts and strategies clearly to stakeholders.
Experience: 5–8+ years in UX, product design, or related fields.
Tools: Expert knowledge of Figma and familiar with new AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc)
Core UX Skills: Strong background in information architecture, wireframing, interaction design, annotations, using and building a design library/design system.
Processes: Familiarity with agile environments and product delivery cycles
Communication: Excellent ability to present complex design strategies and rationales to stakeholders.
