Campaign Manager

Overview

Manage large-scale digital campaign production using a creative  automation platform. 

This role is suited for experienced project or campaign managers who can coordinate complex workflows across teams and markets. The focus is on taking approved campaign inputs and driving them through a structured, template-driven production process to generate high volumes of assets efficiently and consistently. 

You will work closely with product teams, creative teams, and client-side market stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned to requirements, and scalable across formats and regions.

Job Description

Key responsibilities 

Own end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple markets and formats  

Coordinate across product teams, creative teams, and market stakeholders  

Work closely with product owners and platform teams to align on capabilities and constraints  

Oversee delivery templates and feed readiness for scalable production  

Ensure alignment with naming conventions, taxonomy, and delivery standards 

Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and proactively drive resolution  

Identify, raise, and manage tickets for bugs, issues, and  enhancement requests  

Drive ownership across workflows and ensure accountability across teams  

Validate outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and brand alignment  

Drive clear, structured communication across global stakeholders 

Required skills 
7–14 years of experience in project management, campaign management, or digital production  

Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder workflows across geographies  

Demonstrated ownership and proactive approach to problem solving and delivery  

Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets  

Understanding of structured, template-driven or scaled production workflows  

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  

Ability to communicate fairly well in English (written and verbal)  

High attention to detail 

Good to have skills 

Experience with creative automation or marketing automation platforms  

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Photoshop  

Experience working on multi-market or localisation-driven campaigns  

Exposure to workflow or ticketing tools
