We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master with 5–8 years of experience managing software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, removing impediments, and enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently.
The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Teams, QA, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth sprint execution and continuous improvement in Agile delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Ensure Agile and Scrum best practices are followed.
Support sprint planning, execution, and release coordination.
Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain prioritized backlogs.
Foster continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration across teams.
Track Agile metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown charts, and sprint predictability.
Prepare delivery and sprint status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.
Experience managing cross-functional software delivery teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
Ability to proactively identify and resolve impediments.
Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
