We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate holds the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and is comfortable working in a structured delivery environment with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and develop ServiceNow applications/modules (e.g., **CSM**, integrations and custom development) according to requirements.
Build and maintain **workflows/Flow Designer flows**, **Business Rules**, **Client Scripts**, **UI Policies**, **Script Includes**.
Develop and maintain **reports and dashboards** to support operational and business needs.
Support **integrations** (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server where applicable) and data imports/transform maps.
Perform **unit testing**, support **UAT**, and manage deployments across environments following best practices.
Troubleshoot incidents/defects, perform root-cause analysis, and provide ongoing platform and user support.
Contribute to **technical documentation**, coding standards, and platform governance.
Required Qualifications
**2+ years** of professional experience as a **ServiceNow Developer**.
**ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory)**.
Strong knowledge of:
ServiceNow platform configuration and development
**JavaScript** and ServiceNow scripting concepts
SDLC practices, versioning, and release/deployment processes
-Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Nice to Have
**ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)** certification.
Experience with one or more: **ITSM, CSM**.
Experience with UI Builder / Next Experience.
