Support DAM, metadata, taxonomy, and related workflows within a creative automation and large-scale digital production environment.
The role focuses on ensuring assets, templates, feeds, and outputs are organised, tagged, named, and governed correctly across systems and workflows. This includes supporting metadata structures, file naming conventions, asset organisation, workflow governance, and scalable DAM processes.
The role is suited for proactive and structured individuals who are comfortable managing complex workflows, coordinating across teams, and bringing consistency to large-scale operations. Over time, the individual will also contribute towards workflow optimisation and automation requirements.
The role involves close collaboration with production teams, campaign managers, designers, product teams, and market stakeholders across global locations.
Key responsibilities
Support DAM, metadata, tagging, taxonomy, and file naming workflows
Assist in DAM setup activities including metadata structures, folder organisation, and process flows
Ensure consistency across assets, templates, feeds, and delivery outputs
Support asset upload, organisation, retrieval, and governance workflows
Validate metadata completeness, naming conventions, and taxonomy alignment
Proactively identify workflow gaps, inconsistencies, and operational inefficiencies
Raise and track issues, bugs, enhancement requests, and workflow dependencies
Support documentation, governance, and workflow standardisation
Contribute towards workflow optimisation and automation requirements over time
Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders where required
Required skills
Strong organisational and coordination capability

Ability to understand and manage structured workflows and systems
Good attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills (English)
Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to communicate well in English (written and verbal)
Understanding of metadata, tagging, file naming conventions, or DAM workflows is beneficial
Good to have skills
Experience with DAM or creative automation platforms
Exposure to metadata governance or taxonomy workflows
Experience in project coordination, campaign operations, or digital production workflows
Familiarity with localisation or multi-market workflows
Exposure to workflow or ticketing systems

Typically 3–8 years of relevant experience
