Experienced Quality Engineer-SDET with expertise in ECU setup, flashing, integration testing, vehicle network protocols, diagnostics, and hardware-level debugging for automotive systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hardware-level setup of Automotive ECUs (Infotainment / vehicle systems)
Execute ECU flashing, bring-up, and integration testing
Work with full bench setups including power supply (AC/DC), wiring harness, and communication interfaces.
Analyze and validate vehicle network communication (CAN/LIN/Ethernet/FlexRay).
Perform DTC validation and UDS diagnostics testing.
Collect logs and perform root cause analysis at hardware level.
Ensure proper ECU connectivity with vehicle/simulation environment.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for hardware-related issue resolution.
