We are seeking ETL/XML Developer focuses on ETL development using PowerCenter and IDMC, working with XML formats, and ensuring efficient data integration and transformation. It also involves optimizing performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience, proficiency in XML and Informatica tools, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
ETL Development: Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using PowerCenter and IDMC to integrate, transform, and load data from various sources into the target systems.
XML Development: Work with XML data formats, schemas, and transformations as part of the ETL process.
Data Integration: Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to understand data requirements and ensure accurate data integration and transformation.
Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring efficient data flow and transformation.
Troubleshooting & Support: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve ETL and data-related issues in a timely manner.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 3-6 years of experiencce in ETL development, with a strong focus on PowerCenter and IDMC.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in XML development and working with XML schemas.
ETL Tools: Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC (Informatica Data Management Cloud).
Data Integration: Solid understanding of data integration, transformation, and management principles.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex ETL issues.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
