We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant / Solution Architect with strong expertise in Supply Chain processes and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The consultant will support testing, validation, and refinement of a custom ERP/PLM solution. This is a short-term, fast-paced engagement ideal for a consultant who has led or supported ERP/PLM rollouts and is comfortable validating end-to-end supply chain processes across systems.
What You'll Do
Test and validate core supply chain business processes within a custom ERP/PLM environment
Review and refine system configurations against real-world process flows
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or defects across ERP and PLM integration points
Provide recommendations to improve solution design and data flow between systems
Collaborate with the technical team and business stakeholders
Validate manufacturing and procurement scenarios
Assist in solution architecture discussions where required
Participate in multiple ERP implementations and understands end-to-end supply chain operations.

Required Experience
8–10 years of experience in supply chain systems implementation, testing, or solution architecture
Strong hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform: SAP HANA, Oracle Fusion, or Microsoft Dynamics
Hands-on experience with at least one PLM platform: Siemens TeamCenter or Windchill PLM
Prior experience as an ERP implementor (implementation, testing, or solution architecture background)
Comfortable working independently in a short-duration, deadline-driven engagement

Experience integrating ERP with PLM systems
Manufacturing or Consumer Goods experience
Food & Beverage or Heavy Equipment project exposure
