Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in accounting, financial processes, and regulatory complianceto translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and support process improvement, system implementation, and compliance-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working between finance/business stakeholders and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document accounting, financial reporting, audit, and compliance requirements.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Work with finance, accounting, compliance, and technology stakeholders to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support ERP/financial system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and UAT.
Develop process documentation, business rules, functional specifications, and impact assessments.
Support regulatory and compliance initiatives and ensure requirements align with applicable standards and controls.
Coordinate with technical teams throughout solution development, testing, and implementation.
