Seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer capable of owning the end-to-end product design lifecycle, from user research and information architecture through interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design handoff. The ideal candidate should have strong product thinking and the ability to create intuitive, scalable, and visually consistent digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Own UX and UI design across web and digital product experiences.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, user journey mapping, and usability studies.
Create information architecture, wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
Translate business and product requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Establish and maintain design systems, reusable components, and visual guidelines.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and other designers.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate insights into iterative design improvements.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, consistent, and technically feasible.
