Seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Manager to lead Agile delivery across complex technology initiatives, ensuring predictable execution, strong stakeholder alignment, effective team collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role requires someone capable of operating at both delivery and leadership levels, managing dependencies, risks, governance, and delivery outcomes across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile delivery across complex, multi-team technology programs.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, and business stakeholders to establish priorities, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
Own delivery governance, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation management.
Track delivery metrics, velocity, capacity, sprint health, and overall program progress.
Identify and remove impediments while driving continuous improvement across teams.
Manage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and delivery status updates.
Support Agile transformation, process maturity, and adoption of best practices across teams.
Ensure delivery remains aligned with scope, timelines, quality expectations, and business objectives.
