Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, technical landscape and requirements related to GitHub Enterprise.

Define, design and implement reusable end-to-end GitHub Enterprise solutions that align with clients' needs including repository migration, CI/CD workflows, security, and integration with existing systems.

Orchestrate the implementation and configuration of GitHub Enterprise instances, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.

Develop custom solutions and integrations to extend the capabilities of GitHub Enterprise and integrate with other systems.

Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams on GitHub Enterprise architecture, configuration, and usage.

Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing sessions to empower clients and internal stakeholders with GitHub Enterprise expertise.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to drive successful outcomes.

Contribute to pre-sales activities, creating technical proposals and participating in client meetings to understand requirements.

Staying updated with the latest GitHub features and industry best practice and providing recommendations for their adoption.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or additional comparable experience.

At least 5 years of experience in an Architect role.

1+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, and supporting GitHub Enterprise solutions.

Experience in GitHub Administration, migration and training.

Experience in GitHub Advanced Security, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Repos, with a focus on designing effective CI/CD workflows and integrating with other systems.

Excellent communication, teamworking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

GitHub certifications and relevant Cloud and DevOps industry certifications are a plus.

Strong architecture exp in GitHub Enterprise solutions, GitHub Actions, GitHub Advanced Security, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, knowledge in GitHub CoPilot
