Key Responsibilities:
• Platform Development & Customization
Design and develop custom solutions, integrations, and workflows within Adobe Workfront.
Configure custom forms, templates, dashboards, and reports to meet user requirements.
Develop and maintain Workfront custom API integrations with third-party systems.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workfront solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes using the Workfront platform.
• System Administration & Optimization
Maintain and manage the Workfront platform, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Perform regular system audits, troubleshooting, and updates to maintain data integrity and functionality.
Monitor platform usage and implement improvements for scalability and efficiency.
• Training & Support
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user proficiency in Workfront.
• Collaboration & Project Management
Partner with IT, business teams, and other stakeholders to align Workfront functionalities with organizational goals.
Participate in project planning and execution to deliver Workfront-related initiatives on time and within scope.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in developing and configuring Adobe Workfront solutions.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in scripting and APIs, including Workfront API integration.
Experience with Workfront Fusion for process automation and system integration.
Familiarity with related Adobe products (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus.
Key Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and other relevant coding languages.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:
Workfront certifications (e.g., Adobe Workfront Core Developer or Administrator).
Experience with enterprise-level project and resource management systems.
Familiarity with Workfront reporting and dashboard creation.
