We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2.0 Developer to join our SAP CX team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (Version 2.0), with hands-on experience in development, extensions, integrations, and customizations. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and architects to design and deliver scalable customer experience solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and enhance applications within SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2.0.
Implement custom extensions using SAP BTP, CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), Node.js/Java, and SAP UI5/Fiori.
Build and maintain integration scenarios with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and third-party applications.
Develop custom UIs, workflows, and business rules to support sales and service processes.
Support data migration activities and create custom APIs/ODATA services where required.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in SAP Sales & Service Cloud (at least 1–2 years on V2.0).
Strong programming skills in SAP BTP, CAP, Node.js, Java, SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, and CDS Views.
Experience with SAP CPI (iFlows, API Management, Webservices, REST, OData).
Knowledge of Sales & Service processes: lead-to-cash, case/ticket management, field service.
Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Workflow Management, and Extensibility options in V2.0.
Familiarity with S/4HANA integration scenarios and event-based communication.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certified in Sales & Service Cloud V2.0 or SAP BTP Development.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, SAP Continuous Integration).
Knowledge of event-driven architectures and microservices on BTP.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
