We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with over 5 years of experience in Telecom Sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, team management, and successfully handling C-level clients across India. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership, and the ability to drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business objectives.
Identify and target new business opportunities within the telecom sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level clients across pan India.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized telecom solutions.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of proven experience in telecom B2B sales.
Demonstrated success in managing and leading sales teams.
Strong experience in handling pan India C-level clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel across India as required.
