Analyze procurement data attributes within GDL and S/4HANA to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
Perform unit testing, support SIT/UAT cycles, and validate end-to-end business process readiness.
Ensure accuracy of procurement metrics and KPIs in BI/Looker dashboards derived from S/4HANA data.
Collaborate with FICO and Procurement teams to ensure alignment on key process areas including:
GR/IR reconciliation
Invoice Verification
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
Support procurement report migration and data validation across Singapore and Mexico business operations.
Work closely with technical and reporting teams to resolve data quality issues and document functional requirements.
✔ 5–8 years of experience in SAP MM / Procurement functional consulting
✔ Good understanding of S/4HANA procurement data models and reporting
✔ Exposure to GDL and downstream reporting tools (BI / Looker)
✔ Experience supporting global procurement processes and UAT cycles
Strong knowledge of procurement master data and attributes:
Vendor, plant, material, valuation class, tax, currency, PO line items, etc.
Hands-on involvement in GR/IR, Invoice Verification, and P2P processes
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
