We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations that help business users make data-driven decisions. The role involves working closely with business, product, and data teams to translate raw data into meaningful insights using Tableau.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking, hands-on experience with Tableau, and a solid understanding of data sources, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
Understand business requirements and convert them into analytical solutions
Connect Tableau to multiple data sources (databases, APIs, flat files, cloud platforms)
Create calculated fields, parameters, filters, and LOD expressions
Optimize dashboards for performance and usability
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance
Support stakeholders with insights, trends, and KPI reporting
Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reporting systems
Work with data engineers and analysts to improve data pipelines
Experience with Tableau Desktop, Server, and Tableau Cloud
Strong SQL and database querying experience
Knowledge of data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar
Familiarity with Python or R is a plus
Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
