We are looking for experienced Salesforce Engineers to join our team in Bangalore for an onsite engagement. The role involves working on Salesforce platform development, customization, and support for enterprise-grade CRM and business automation solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience across Salesforce configuration, development, and integrations in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications
Configure standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation
Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce/LWC components
Develop Lightning components and user interfaces
Implement integrations with external systems using APIs
Support data migration, validation, and deployment activities
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform issues
Work closely with functional teams to translate business needs into solutions
Follow best practices for security, performance, and scalability
4–6 years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform
Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Ability to work in an onsite delivery model in Bangalore
Experience working in agile or sprint-based projects
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in enterprise or multi-user Salesforce environments
