Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on AI / Machine Learning Engineer with 3–5+ years of experience
to join our team and support the development and improvement of AI-driven solutions. The
role focuses on strengthening existing implementations and ensuring they are stable,
reliable, and ready for real-world use.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and improve AI/ML solutions using open-source tools and
frameworks
• Work on AI/ML implementations involving OCR, NLP, computer vision, and large
language models
• Build and support on-premise AI deployments
• Integrate AI/ML components with applications using REST APIs
• Test, validate, and optimize AI models for accuracy and performance
• Identify issues in existing implementations and suggest improvements
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with development and delivery teams to support project needs
• Provide guidance and technical support to junior team members when required
Requirements
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning development
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience working with OCR technologies
• Working knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and chatbot-related systems
• Experience with on-premise deployment of AI/ML solutions
• Familiarity with Ollama or similar open-source LLM platforms
• Experience integrating systems using REST APIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
