At Aokah, you won't be bogged down by legacy CRM bloat or 15 layers of middle management. You will work directly with the CEO to architect the GTM strategy, leverage cutting-edge AI tools to compress sales cycles, and close Global 2000 deals that fundamentally change how enterprises scale.

What You’ll Do
- Hunt & Close: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments (CIOs, COOs, CFOs) to move deals from "first coffee" to "signed agreement."
- Be a Thought Partner: You aren't just a vendor; you are a consultant helping leaders solve talent readiness and operational risk.
- Drive the Flywheel: Work alongside the founding team to turn "signals" from the field into product features. You have a seat at the table in shaping what we build next.
- Leverage the Network: Activate founder-led introductions and a world-class partner ecosystem to open doors others can’t.
Skills & Requirements
Who You Are
- An Enterprise Athlete: You have 10+ years of experience closing 6 and 7-figure deals. You know how to orchestrate 3–5 stakeholders and navigate procurement without losing momentum.
- Anti-Bureaucracy: You are tired of "playing house" in a massive corporate sales org. You want to spend 90% of your time selling and 10% on admin—not the other way around.
- Tech-Forward: You are an early adopter of AI tools and productivity hacks. You look for ways to work smarter, not just harder.
- A Builder: You enjoy the "messiness" of a startup and see it as an opportunity to create the processes that others will follow
