Business Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis team in Software Services for a 12-month fixed term. The ideal candidate will be based in our Noida offices and will join a high performing team of Business Analysts reporting to our Consulting Manager who is based in the UK.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the implementation of our SaaS billing and CRM system for new clients throughout discovery, business process alignment, development, user acceptance testing and go live support phases of a project
• Providing support, managing change, analysing issues with our legacy billing products
• Developing a detailed knowledge of our products, demonstrating features to existing and potential clients and support its successful implementation 
• Identifying potential product changes required to meet customer needs 
• Capturing, interpreting, prioritising and delivering user stories / requirements and refinement of the client product backlog.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the client and our own organisations
• Acting as the bridge between the client and the technical teams, translating business needs into requirements for the engineering teams and complex scenarios into understandable messages for clients
