Solution Architect – Salesforce

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, modifying, and overseeing complex technical architectures with a deep focus on Salesforce platforms. This role requires collaboration across development teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·        Design, modify, and test complex technical architecture aligned with business goals.

·        Supervise and provide technical guidance to development teams to ensure architectural integrity and consistency.

·        Continuously research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve existing systems.

·        Identify and address issues with current technical solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

·        Evaluate and articulate the business impact of various technical decisions and recommend optimal paths forward.

·        Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, associated costs, and overall effectiveness.

·        Collaborate with teams and customers to build prototypes and proof of concepts for requirement gathering and validation.

·        Review implemented solutions and suggest improvements for scalability, performance, and user experience.

·        Own the end-to-end design of Salesforce and potentially other integrated platforms across Sales, Service, and core platform solutions.

·        Present and justify architecture decisions through clear documentation and visual representation.

·        Oversee the configuration, QA, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Primary Skills:

·        Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (Mandatory)

·        Proven expertise in Salesforce platform design and implementation

·        Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom platform solutions

·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

·        Familiarity with agile development practices

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.Tech) or

·        Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

·        Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Salesforce Solution Architect, Application Architect)
