Overview

SuperBryn AI is a voice AI evals and observability platform built with one goal: make voice AI
reliable enough to serve the largest enterprises globally. We believe reliable voice AI is the
foundation of the next major human-AI interface, and we're building the infrastructure layer that
makes that possible.

Job Description

What You Will Own
● Own the full engineering org - architecture decisions, engineering culture, and delivery
● Build and ship the core platform: data ingestion, eval pipelines, real-time observability,
and the developer-facing API layer
● Work hands-on - this is not a meetings-only role; you write code, review PRs, and stay
close to the system
● Own the full engineering architecture, data pipelines, APIs, infra, and the eval engine at
the core of the product
● Work closely with founders and engineering team to translate product direction into
engineering decisions
● Ship reliable, scalable systems that our customers depend on in production
What We Are Looking For
Technical Background
● 4 to 6 years of software engineering experience, with substantial time at early-stage
startups
● Demonstrable experience with LLM pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation or
observability tooling
● Familiarity with voice agent infrastructure is a strong advantage: STT/TTS, telephony
integrations (Twilio, Vonage, Plivo, Telnyx), real-time audio processing, or conversational
AI platforms
● Strong backend and systems fundamentals: you've owned deployment, debugging, and
infrastructure without a dedicated platform team behind you
● Expertise in AWS Infrastructure (EventBridge, ECS, EKS, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
● Proficiency in Python (FastAPI / Flask) and/or TypeScript / Node.js
● Comfortable with cloud infra: AWS or GCP, CI/CD
Product Thinking
● You engage with product decisions early, with a clear point of view, not just as an
implementer
● You've pushed back on scope or approach when the engineering reality warranted it, and
been right often enough to have earned that instinct
● You think about what the end user experiences, not just what the system diagram looks
like
Startup Orientation
● You've built and shipped under real constraints: limited resources, evolving requirements,
and no safety net of specialised teams
● High agency and ownership: you've been the person who figures it out when there's no
playbook, and you take accountability for what you ship
● You're the kind of engineer who figures things out rather than waits for clarity
● You're comfortable being a multiplier before the team is large enough to need a manager
● Prior B2B SaaS experience, ideally selling into enterprise or mid-market
